Akib is a traditional Ajrakh printer. He took a year-long course in design and launched his career in unique complex compositions of hand block prints. Precise, imaginative, and disciplined, Akib prefers to work one-of-a-kind or limited edition in his premium work.
When he was 19, Akib took the KRV design course. He dreamed of breaking limitations and beginning his own business. He learned that if he tried, he could do anything. He graduated with awards for Most Innovative Artisan and Best Student.
Patient, exacting with an eye for detail, Akib began a niche practice, creating technically skilled prints. He specialized in large, one-off complex geometric pieces. And he preferred to sell directly.
