Tulsi Puroshottam Puvar

Tulsi’s family migrated from Sindh, bringing suf embroidery tradition. Tulsi learned suf and embroidered for wages for years. Then she took the KRV design course, and the business and management course at Somaiya Kala Vidya. She created the brand Liti/ Line, and with Laxmi began a joint business.

Tulsi has taught design at SKV and participated in four international co-design projects using the phone app WhatsApp. Here she excelled, focusing on inspiration and expression.
